Complimentary therapies to traditional yoga practices have always interested and intrigued me. Healthy life choices, in all aspects of wellness, have always been at the forefront of every decision I have made.

After 18 years of working in the corporates I woke up to my greater purpose in life and started on a new path. I aimed to pursue my passion for helping others while fostering connections and enabling individuals to reach their full potential. In my healing practice, I incorporate science and logic, utilizing proven techniques backed by research in energy and sound healing.
